Centara Grand offered a convenient location for my stay in Bangkok, with easy access to Central Mall and the bustling Jatuchak Weekend Market. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, reflecting the standard of a 5-star hotel. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. While the hotel exuded grandeur, signs of its age were noticeable, such as a minor issue with the AC in our room. However, I trust the efficient staff would have swiftly addressed any concerns. The hotel's garden and pool provided a peaceful retreat amidst the city's chaos, and the complimentary birthday cake for my husband was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was exceptional, a definite must-have. Centara Grand offers a comfortable stay and great value for those seeking luxury without breaking the bank.
